Dr. Dariusz Jacek Jakóbczak is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Computer Science at Koszalin University of Technology, Poland. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Polish–Japanese Institute of Information Technology and an M.A. in Mathematics from the University of Gdańsk. His interdisciplinary research bridges mathematics and computer science, focusing on computer vision, artificial intelligence, shape representation, curve interpolation, probabilistic methods, and geometric modeling. Dr. Jakóbczak has authored numerous publications and serves on editorial boards of several international journals. He is Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Computer Vision and Image Processing and contributes to conferences worldwide as a keynote speaker, program committee member, and session chair. With over two decades of academic experience, his research has been published in respected journals and indexed platforms such as Scopus, Google Scholar, and ResearchGate. Dr. Jakóbczak remains deeply engaged in advancing applied computational techniques and interdisciplinary innovation.
